This is a short page, in plain language. It covers this website, agentintegrations.ai, operated by Agent Integrations.
What we collect
If you use the Website Lead form, HighLevel collects the name, business, email, and phone you enter, plus optional SMS consent if you check that box. If you take the Free AI Audit quiz, HighLevel collects the contact details you enter plus your quiz answers and score. If you answer one of our Facebook or Instagram lead ads, we receive the answers described under “Facebook and Instagram lead ads” below. We also collect your number if you call 561-529-4188. Leads are stored in our HighLevel account so we can reply. This static website does not keep a separate copy of the form on its own server.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply, to see if we fit, to send the SMS program described below, to measure which of our ads and campaigns work, and to set up work if we both agree. We do not sell your information. We do not hand it to a list broker.
Facebook and Instagram lead ads
We may run ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) that open a Meta lead form inside the app. If you submit one, Meta collects the answers the form asks for, typically your full name, email address, phone number, business name, type of business, how after-hours calls are handled today, and your general area. Meta may prefill some fields from your Meta profile; you can edit them before you submit. Meta then passes your answers to us.
We store the lead in our CRM, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and use it to follow up about your AI Audit by email and phone. We do not send text messages to lead-ad contacts unless you separately opt in to our SMS program as described below. Our CRM may tell Meta when a lead it sent us moves forward (for example, a scheduled conversation), using the Meta lead ID or hashed contact details, so Meta can measure and improve our ad delivery. Meta’s own use of your data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.
SMS program
The sole way to opt in to our marketing and conversational SMS program is the Website Lead form on https://agentintegrations.ai/contact. A visitor may enter their phone number and must check an optional SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default) agreeing to receive texts from Agent Integrations about appointments, missed calls, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email support@agentintegrations.ai / call 561-529-4188. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you call 561-529-4188 and we miss you, we may send a transactional missed-call text only to the number that called us. That reply is not a separate marketing opt-in.
We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies, pixels, and ad measurement
This marketing site is static HTML and does not use a third-party analytics service. Some pages may use these cookies and similar technologies:
- Meta Pixel. A script and cookies from Meta that record page views and form submissions on this site so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, reach people who visited this site, and help Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested.
- Google Ads tag (only if we run Google ads). A script and cookies from Google that count ad clicks and form submissions so we can measure our Google Search ads. It reads the click ID (gclid) Google adds to ad links.
- HighLevel forms and chat widget. These may set cookies needed to submit a form or run the chat.
- Our campaign cookie. A first-party cookie described in the next section.
Your browser also sends normal server logs (IP address, pages, browser type) to our host.
Your ad choices. You can control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram at facebook.com/adpreferences, control Google ads at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; this site still works without them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Campaign details stored with your lead (UTM parameters)
Links in our ads and emails can include campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content, plus the click IDs that Meta (fbclid) and Google (gclid) add to ad links. When you arrive with these tags, this site saves them in your browser (a first-party cookie and local storage entry named “ai_attr”) for up to 90 days. If you then submit one of our forms, the tags are sent with it and stored with your lead in our CRM, so we can see which ad or campaign brought you. We use them only to measure our marketing. You can remove them by clearing cookies and site data for agentintegrations.ai.
Data security practices
We protect personal information with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. That includes HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit for this website and for Website Lead form submissions, access limited to authorized Agent Integrations operators, and credentials and systems protected with appropriate access controls. Lead and contact data are stored in our GoHighLevel (HighLevel) account and are subject to HighLevel’s security controls in addition to our own access limits. We do not store full payment card numbers on this marketing site. We review access regularly and remove it when someone no longer needs it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.
Data security and your rights
You can ask what personal information we have, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@agentintegrations.ai or calling 561-529-4188. You can also text STOP to leave the SMS program, or reply HELP for help.
How long we keep it
Email and lead records in our CRM (including the campaign details above) are kept as long as we need them to do the work or to keep a normal business record. If you want your information deleted, write us and ask.
Your choices
You can email us instead of using the form. You can ask what we have on you, or ask us to delete it, at support@agentintegrations.ai.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children. You must be 18 years or older to opt in to our SMS program or to use this website to request our services.
